Our goal at STEPCRAFT is to provide you with the best support possible to ensure you are successful with your new CNC system. We have several avenues you take go to get your questions answered, and we are add more information online every day.
1. First go to our PRODUCT SUPPORT/MANUALS page on our website. This page will have links to FAQs, Videos, Tech Bulletins and Product Manuals.
2. Second, visit our dedicated FAQ website at www.CNCFAQ.us. You will find answers to many common questions, from technical to operational.
3. Third, if you can not get answers in the above locations, please email our support team at support@stepcraft.us. Sending an email to this address will create a support ticket in our system, which allows our team to track your issue and resolve it quickly. Once you submit a ticket you will receive a response within 48 hours.
4. Fourth, our Support team is available via phone Monday thru Friday from 10am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time to answer your questions. Note: If you call in times of high volumes, you may be required to leave a voice message for our support department. You will then receive a call back within 48 hours (usually much sooner but during high volume support days it may take the full 48) If your matter is urgent, please email support@stepcraft.us which may get faster results.
